Health insurance in USA

Hi!

I interested in the theme of Health insurance in USA, but it is difficult to find good information about it. I have found some about HMO and PPO but it is not enough. I would like to know everything possible about it: types, prices, licenses, what information about your health legal and what illegal (for your doctor and insurance company), how to get insurance if you from another country, etc. 

Maybe if you live in USA you know good sites about it :)
