Do you keep all your condiments in your fridge?  I know some people don't put things like syrups, ketchup, mustard, hot sauce, etc. in their fridges but I put all mine in their.  The only thing I don't refrigerate is honey.  I suppose it's safe to leave them out since restaurants do, but I just love cold syrup on waffles, and dunking fries in cold ketchup.
