Board games

What board game would you recommend for a family of 5 that consists of the two parents and children ages 14, 6 & 3? It has to be something that the entire family can play together. Mostly I just want to make sure the 14 year old isn't going to be bored to tears. I'm assuming the family already owns Candyland and Life.
