Anyone know of any good, non-scamming, people-finding websites that are free? I just need to find the address of someone who is not in the phone book. Any ideas?
If not free, then one that doesn't require a credit card?
On that note, why is it some people are in the WhitePages and others aren't? Do some people call them and request to be removed?
