What good habits do you have that you think make your life better? What should I start doing to make myself happier?
I try to do a quick 5 minute tidy up before I go to bed each night (washing the last few dishes in the kitchen, putting any empty cans or bottles in the recycling, etc). It means that I can wake up in a clean house instead of waking up with some jobs already on my to do list, and it helps me to feel relaxed.
