Thanksgiving

For all the Americans - do you celebrate Thanksgiving, and if so, how?

Also, what's on the menu?

we usually have baked ham and turkey, cornbread dressing, mashed potatoes, brown gravy, giblet gravy, mac and cheese, cranberry sauce, green beans/green bean casserole, corn, rolls, deviled eggs, then pecan and pumpkin pies for dessert. we usually have several people come to celebrate at our house. and though it's always a big dinner it's never formal. the guys hang out and eat on the couch while watching football and the women hang around in the kitchen or watch football too.
