I'm having some issues sleeping. I work the overnight shift twice a week, so that's predominately what the issue is...I don't have a regular sleep schedule. I can be completely exhausted and I can't turn my thoughts off. I've been trying visualization techniques(like, forcing myself to visualize waves), but I'm desperate to get some good quality sleep tonight since I am off of work tomorrow. I am pretty sure it's my anxiety acting up, and my dr decided to put me back on my antidepressant.
What do you do to sleep when you just have so many thoughts racing in your head that you can't turn your brain off?
