On Monday I sat out for six hours in 90+ degree weather and it burned my chest pretty bad. These last few days it has hurt to the point I had to sleep sitting up in a chair. I started out treating it with aloe gel that had lidocaine but yesterday began treating it by dabbing on black tea (I read somewhere that it works well). Today the burn doesn't hurt as bad but it feels very tight, dry, and I just noticed these blisters beginning to show up.

Should I be concerned and is there anything I should be doing to treat it? I know I need to moisturize it but it's hurt so bad I've been scared to put any kind of chemicals on it.
