My boyfriend and I have discussed getting healthier together for several months and have set several start dates, all of which have been failures within a week or so. I think he really does want to make the changes, he just seems unable to make it last long enough to get any results and therefore any motivation to continue. I also know that the repeated failures are discouraging him to even try anymore...
What can I do to make these attempts successful?
