Is it possible to get (relatively) fit in two months? How would I go about it?
I am not overweight, (my bmi is 20) but have not 'excercised' since I was 13. Im 20 in a month. Not proud.
I can't afford things the gym. I have a bicycle which I tend tocasually ride eveyrwhere anyway and could occasionally afford the swimming pool for a few hours.
