Need shoe help!

Context: I will be wearing this for graduation (note: I am not a graduate; I am a teacher and will be doing a lot of ... movement facilitation and running around all day).

What kind of shoe should I wear with this dress? (the shoes the model is wearing are just ... ew)
Pumps? Flats? I'm totally stumped!



(note: this is PRETTY close to the actual dress -- the only difference is that the dress I'm wearing has flutter sleeves and a slightly looser cut)
